The time of turbulence and confusion in Abyi Ahmad‘s internal unjust wars in Ethiopia

There is no passion for the absolute without the accompanying frenzy of the absolute. It is always accompanied by a certain exaltation, by which it may first be recognized and which is always working on the growing point, the focal point of desrtuction, at the risk of making it appear to such as have not been warned, that the passion for the absolute is the same as a passion for unhappiness.

What we are doing or not doing now has far reaching consequences

When rich speculator prospers
While farmers lose their land
When government officials spend money
On weapons instead of cures
When the upper class is extravagant
While the poor have nowhere to turn
All this robbery and chaos
It is not in keeping with eternal values
If you over esteem great men
People become powerless
If you overvalue possessions
People begin to steal.

The long dark night of the Abyssinian dominated tyrannical empire must come to an end

There is nought so finely spun
But it comes to the sun.

I ask Thee for a thoughtful love
Through constant watching wise,
To meet the glad with joyful smiles,
And to wipe the weeping eyes;
And a heart at leisure from itself
Too soothe and sympathize.

It is what they know very well but do not like to be reminded of. To look at bitter reality and see the truth in the face is really painful. But if we want to develop and grow in every way, we have to do it. Otherwise history will repeat itself at our expense, as, indeed, it has been doing to us since the foundation of the Abyssinian dominated empire of Ethiopia. Let us ask honestly what we are seeking

Most of the power elites everywhere today have given up on seeking genuine solutions to the problems facing the world. They are busy either defending the status quo or else trying to carve a niche for themselves in the existing order often masquerading as supporters of populist slogans. A government of all the people, by all the people, for all the people used to be a definition of democracy. The capitalist globalism of today has turned this into a distant dream. From the wisdom of great fakirs in India

A learning journey

A man once lived with hunger his constant companion. His brother was a rich man but not a kind one. He never shared his wealth. Only his scorn. “You will always have little,” he said with a laugh to his brother. “It is your fate to be poor, but my fate to be rich.” Continue reading “From the wisdom of great fakirs in India”
